Philly's Christmas Village at the Love park and city hall is a tradition for many locals to kick off the holiday season. One of our visits of the village was on a very cold day after a snowfall. Oh the chilly air made the hot chocolate tasted even better and the holiday lights event more cozy and inviting. Here is the painting to a festival moment.
